Quick draw duel apps compared

People still remember an old iOS game called High Noon: “flip your phone and then try and shoot the other player”. The idea is back in several apps, including Cowboy Duel (mine) and Quick Draw: Duel Friends, where you hold the phone upside down and draw.

What to compare

Question	Why it matters
How do you draw?	Flip, raise or tap feel different and measure differently
Multiplayer	Same phone, local Wi-Fi, or online
What’s free?	Some apps limit modes or multiplayer
Ads and subscription	Affects how often you’ll play
Languages	Can the whole group read it?

Cowboy Duel, honestly

• Draw: hold vertically, flip horizontal on “FLIP!”.
• Modes: DRILLS, FREE FIRE, SHOWDOWN over local Wi-Fi.
• Extras: false-start detection, millisecond timing, ranks, Game Center leaderboards.
• Money: free with ads; the Legend upgrade adds unlimited multiplayer hosting, cosmetic revolvers and removes restrictions.
• Languages: English, German, Arabic, Chinese. iPhone only.

Not everyone likes it:

Bad copy cat

This is just a bad AI ripoff of the other quick draw app. Not close in quality and asking for a subscription 😂😑

That’s a fair warning to look at both before paying. If you try Cowboy Duel, judge it by the draw feel and the SHOWDOWN mode.

Great game

The game is great, if u want to have a good time with your friends this game is for you.
